IT Support Contract
TAKSO can serve as the customer’s IT support, taking care of all software and hardware. Before any contract is done, TAKSO will map out in co-operation with customer the appropriate content and scope for the support function. The current IT system is documented and possible needs for changes determined.
The actual service contract of IT support includes off-site (via mail, remote connection and phone) support, regular maintenance/administrative tasks and on-site visits when needed. The scope of the contract is defined case by case. Support contract customers are also eligible to use the helpdesk service application.
